1¡¢cyclone gravity type destoner
cyclone gravity type destoner is comprised of electric motor, major axis, feed inlet, shell, frame, stone collector, discharge outlet, blade, stone outlet, belt conveyor, back washwater inlet and so on.
The material is brought into the shell by the water flow. By the force of centrifugation and back washwater, the lighter material is conveyed into the next step while the heavier material like sand grains and sand rocks into the stone collector. The stones are then discharged from the discharge outlet by belt conveyor.
2. converse spiral horizontal type destoner
converse spiral horizontal type destoner is comprised of electric motor, major axis, converse spiral belt, rotary riddle drum, sand dump drum, stone outlet, feed inlet, frame and so on.

The destoner includes frame and rotary drum which is divided into sand dump drum and riddle drum. The smaller sand grains is collected in the riddle drum from the screen hole and then discharged from the discharge outlet by sand dump drum.
The bigger sand bricks is collected together with the smaller ones in the sand dump drum by the force of converse spiral belt.
